Meet the Team
Spending the late 90s organising parties across the Balearic and Canary Islands, organising tents for events is ingrained in my blood. Overseeing the entire operation, Brett is very hands-on often out supervising the rigging teams.
A childhood friend of Brett’s, Kristian joined the team in March 2023 after the business enjoyed huge growth during the pandemic. Although new to the industry Kristian brings a host of skills needed in admin, logistics, management and sales. He’s also the lead singer in the Kristian Baker band, a huge personality and a trusted friend of Brett’s. He loves a bit of moonlighting so follow this link if you wish to book him

Eldest daughter to Brett, Madison although studying to be an Artiler at Epsom University lends a hand with the administration side of the business during the busy summer season.

Youngest daughter to Brett, Libby is studying musical theatre at Urdang University and being the sportier child of Brett often lends a hand on the big corporate and festival jobs over the summer. Also moonlights for Candi Entertainment as a dancer, check them out if you want exotic dancers/showgirls for your event!
Cameron joined us in the summer of 2018 at the age of 16 and has been with us ever since. Cameron has excelled in the art of rigging and is a valuable asset to the business. Cameron holds the record for “fastest gazebo erection” and is very adept with the slightly more challenging aspect of stretch tent rigging. Cameron also loves body art.

Ronnie started part-time for us in the summer of 2022, although he studied to be an electrician he has decided to come on board full-time this season. He is a very fast learner and keen gym goer 21 stone Ronnie can lift kit other members of the team can’t. Ronnie also manages our sister business Polhill Fireworks.
Kalum
Driver/rigger
Kalum has been with us on and off for years as a seasonal worker, first working for us back in 2019, and then again in the summer of 2022 he has now decided that a career in rigging is too much to resist. Kalum is 24 and the company joker, his customer service and stretch tent rigging skills are second to none.

During the busy summer months, we often recruit between 5-10 seasonal staff, often teenagers who have just finished their GCSEs or students back from university for summer. Please feel free to contact us if you’re looking for seasonal work.
Fully Trained Team
All members of our team both permanent and seasonal receive full and ongoing training. We focus on the rigging techniques needed to ensure our tents not only look aesthetically pleasing but are more importantly safe and secure. Our director Brett has recently returned from Cape Town in South Africa (the birthplace of stretch tents) Whilst enjoying some great hospitality he worked alongside some of the best and most experienced riggers in the world gaining valuable knowledge and experience. Quite simply put, we want our business to have a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
